Description
Tohoto cíle bude dosaženo rozšířením a zkvalitněním výuky studentů DSP v oblasti molekulární biologie a biochemie (přednášky biochemie a molekulární biologie parazitů, metody molekulární biologie, molekulární fylogenetika), využitím přednášek a pobytů zahraničních specialistů, účastí studentů DSP na mezinárodních konferencích a workshopech. Pro zkvalitnění prezentace výsledků budou pořádány pravidelné doktorandské semináře, kde budou studenti DSP prezentovat své výsledky v angličtině. Jednotliví školitelé využijí svých zahraničních kontaktů k vyslání studentů DSP
- This proposal is focused on the improvement of the education of PhD students as future specialists in the field of parasitology. The objective of the project is to teach students the application of modern methods of molecular biology and phylogenetics inrelation to parasitological research. The aim will be achieved by extending the standard education in basic methods by the information about updated methods of molecular biology and phylogenetic analyses and their application in studies of parasitic organisms. This objective will be achieved by extension and improvement of education processes in the fields of molecular biology, biochemistry and phylogenetics (lectures %22Biochemistry and molecular biology of parasites%22, %22Methods of molecular biology%22,%22Molecular phylogenetics%22, etc.), by attending specialised seminars, research stays of foreign specialists and active participation of PhD students at international scientific conferences. To improve the quality of presentation and language knowledge, (en)

| - Ukončený grantový projekt nepochybně představoval zásadní impuls k výraznému zkvalitnění doktorského studia na všech třech spolupracujících pracovištích, neboť díky finanční podpoře ze strany GA ČR umožnil významně zlepšit odbornou úroveň všech doktorand (cs)
- The project has contributed considerably to the improvement of the quality of PhD studies in all three participating institutions, because funds provided by the National Science Foundation enabled to increase professional experience of all PhD students. (en)
