Description
  • Differences in conformation, recognition by HMG domain protein and DNA polymerization across the major 1,2-GG intrastrand cross-link formed by cisplatin and oxaliplatin in three sequence contexts were described with the aid of biophysical and biochemical methods. It has been also demonstrated that the chirality at the carrier ligand of oxaliplatin can affect its biological effects.

  • Byly popsány rozdíly v konformaci, rozlišení proteiny HMG a DNA syntéze přes hlavní vnitrořetězcový můstek vytvořený v sekvenci GG cisplatinou a oxaliplatinou pomocí biofyzikálních a biochemických metod. Bylo také ukázáno, že chiralita v neodstupujícím ligandu oxaliplatiny může ovlivnit její biologické efekty. (cs)
