Description	V této práci jsme analyzovali sekvence kódující geny pro ribosomální 35S rRNA. Zjistili jsme, že pylové buňky (samčí gamety) mají odlišné zastoupení jednotlivých genových rodin oproti somatické tkáni (list). Výsledky podporují hypotézu, že v průběhu samčí meiosy dochází k preferenčnímu přenosu určité subpopulace genových rodin rDNA. (cs) In this work we have analysed sequences encoding ribosomal 35S rRNA in pentaploid dogoroses. It is reported that pollen cells (male gametes) contain different spectrum of rRNA gene families than somatic tissues (leaf). The data support the hypothesis that only a subset of rRNA genes is transmitted to gametes in the course of male meiosis. In this work we have analysed sequences encoding ribosomal 35S rRNA in pentaploid dogoroses.
