Description	In this paper we have analyzed genome structure and parental origin of Iris versicolor allopolyploid. Using GISH method we found that both parental chromosomal sets have been well-preserved without the material evidence of intergenomic translocations. (en) V této práci jsme analyzovali strukturu genomu a rodičovský původ allopolyploidního druhu Iris versicolor (kosatec různobarevný). Metodou GISH jsme zjistili, že oba rodičovské chromosomální sady jsou intaktní bez významnějších intergenomických translokací. Avšak některé lokusy rDNA byly během evoluce druhu zcela eliminovány.
