| - Nově syntetizované kalix[4]areny substituované N-acetyl-D-glukosaminem (GlcNAc8) vykázaly vysokou vazebnou afinitu pro rekombinantní povrchové molekuly NK buněk (NKR-P1 a CD69)s následnou stimulací NK buňkami zprostředkované cytotoxicity proti nádorovým buňkám. Glykokonjugáty založené na kalixarenech byly v porovnání s předtím testovaným glykodendrimerem (PAMAM-GlcNAc8)účinnější (cs)

These calixarene-based glycoconjugates were superior to the previously tested PAMAM-GlcNAc8 (octavalent glycodendrimer displaying GlcNAc substituents on polyamidoamine core)
