Description
  • The project deals with determination of sensoric and analytical characteristic features of common carp (Cyprinus carpio) labelled as „Czech carp“. Czech carp is a product of specific regional conditions of the Czech Republic. It is a significantly important product for both domestic and international market. The project encourages competitiveness and provides basic data for producers and other interested parts in fish business on the base of scientific findings. (en)
  • Stanovit měřitelné hodnoty pro vymezení pojmu český kapr. Provést vědecké doložení údajů. Posílit kvalifikovanou argumentaci pro obchodní jednání v rámci trhu sladkovodních ryb, zejména pro domácí trh i směrem pro země Evropské unie.
