Description	Pulzním a kontinuálním stejnosměrným magnetronovým odprašováním z Ti targetu ve směsi Ar a CH4 byly připraveny filmy Ti-C:H. Stejnosměrný výkon výboje byl 300, 950 a 2850 W pro kontinuální naprašování. Pro většinu pulzních depozic byl střední výkon 950 W; výkon v pulzu se měnil od 2850 do 13000 W. Složení filmů značně záviselo na kontinuálním výkonu, ale jen mírně na výkonu pulzu při konstantním středním výkonu – v tomto případě složení záviselo na délce pulzu a poměru CH4/Ar; obecně složení filmů nesouhlasí s odpovídajícími filmy připravenými kontinuálním naprašováním při témž výkonu (cs) The Ti-C:H films have been prepared by reactive pulsed and continuous DC magnetron sputtering of the Ti target in a gas mixture of Ar and CH4. For continuous sputtering, the discharge power was 300, 950 and 2850 W. At pulsed sputtering, the average discharge power was about 950 W in most depositions, while pulse power was varied from 2850 to 13000 W. The composition of the obtained films depended very strongly on the power for continuous discharge and only slightly on the pulse power at constant average power.
