Description
Určili jsme specifitu a intenzitu senzitizace ke 20 různým alergenům u dětských a adolescentních pacientů s atopickým bronchiálním astmatem z Tomska (n=67) a Ťumeně (n=43), měst západní Sibiře, Rusko. (cs)
  • Major allergens and prevalence in sensitization in atopic patients vary in different populations, providing cues about the pathogenic effects of environment and lifestyle. We estimated the specificity and intensity of sensitization to 20 different airborne allergens in children and adolescent patients with atopic bronchial asthma from Tomsk (n=67) and Thumen (n=43), cities of the west Siberia, Russia. Cat (e1) was found to be the major allergen with 57.3% of Russian asthmatic patients sensitized to this allergen. Other important allergens were D. pteronyssinus (d1), D. farinae (d2) and dog allergen (e2), with more than 30% of asthmatics sensitized. This is the first report about the distribution of specific IgE to airborne allergens in the asthmatic patients from the Russia.
