Description	V této práci jsme identifikovali vazbu mezi geny kódující 35S a 5S rRNA v genomech rostlin rodu Artemisia. Toto byl velmi neobvyklý nález vzhledem k tomu, že dosavadní údaje ukazují výhradně na oddělené uspořádání obou typů rDNA u cévnatých rostlin. Dále bylo zjištěno, že koncertovaná evoluce homogenizovala vazebný genotyp napříč chromosomy. (cs) In this work we have identified linked 35S and 5S rDNA units in genomes of Artemisia species. This is a very unusual situation since both genes were found separated in all angiosperm species analyse so far. We further show that concerted evolution has homogenized rDNA to a linked genotype across the chromosomes.
