  • Modulation of mesenchymal stem cell early chondrogenesis by hyaluronan of molecular weights 100, 600 and 1500 kDa was evaluated. Hyaluronan of any molecular weight did not modified chondrogenesis of mesenchymal stem cell cultured in a pellet system as was examined by determinations of gene expression of transcription factor Sox-9 and extracellular matrix proteins collagen type II and XI, aggrecan, and COMP.

Hyaluronan o žádné molekulové hmotnosti nemodifikoval chondrogenezi mezenchymálních kmenových buněk pěstovaných v peletovém systému, jak bylo prokázáno detekcí genové exprese transkripčního faktoru Sox-9 a proteinů extracelulární hmoty kolagenu II a XI, agrekanu a COMP.
