Description	V této práci ukazujeme, že u tří allotetraploidních druhů rodu Nicotiana došlo k během jejich evoluce k expansi genomu. tento výsledek je v rozporu se všeobecně přijímaným názorem o redukci genomů v průběhu allopolyploidie. (cs) In this paper we showed that three ancient Nicotiana allotetraploids have larger genomes than the sum of diploid progenitor genomes. This result violates general paradigma on genome downsizing in allopolyploids.
