| - Carvedilol (0.1 uM - 100 uM) dose-dependently inhibited both the spontaneous and the activated CL of phagocytes, although the effect of carvedilol was also dependent on the type of activator. This suggests that carvedilol, besides its antioxidative properties, affects the metabolic pathway of NADPH oxidase activation.

- Carvedilol (0,1 uM - 100 uM) v koncentrační závislosti snižoval spontánní a také aktivovanou produkci reaktivních kyslíkových metabolitů měřenou chemiluminescenční metodou. Stupeň této inhibice byl závislý na typu použitého aktivátoru. To nasvědčuje tomu, že carvedilol, vedle svých antioxidačních vlastností, zasahuje metabolickou cestu aktivace NADPH oxidázy. (cs)
