Description	Byla studována modifikace savčí a plasmidové DNA novými komplexy platiny trans-[PtCl2(NH3)(Am)], kde Am = 2-methylbutylamin nebo sec-butylamine různými biochemickými a biofyzikálními metodami. Tyoto modifikace byly analyzovány v kontextu aktivity těchto nových sloučenin v několika nádorových buněčných liniích včetně linií tresistentních vůči působení protinádorově účinného cis-diamminedichloroplatnatého komplexu (cisplatiny). (cs) The global modification of mammalian and plasmid DNAs by novel platinum compounds, trans-[PtCl2(NH3)(Am)], where Am = 2-methylbutylamine or sec-butylamine was investigated in cell-free media using various biochemical and biophysical methods. These modifications were analyzed in the context of the activity of these new compounds in several tumor cell lines including those resistant to antitumor cis-diamminedichloroplatinum(II) (cisplatin).
