Description	V této studii jsme použili 2D elektroforézu pro lepší rozlišení Galfa podjednotek třídy G(q)alfa/G(11)alfa z membránové a cytosolární buněčné frakce izolované jako supernatant při 250000 x g a sledovali jsme časový průběh sloubilizace těchto proteinů. Dlouhodobá stimulace agonistou vedla k přesunu aktivovaných G(q)alfa/G(11)alfa proteinů z membránové frakce do cytosolu. Solubilizace této třídy Galfa proteinů byla pozorována pouze po dlouhodobé stimulaci agonistou ve vysoké koncentraci a v bňkách exprimujících vysoké hladiny GPCR, což ukazuje na pevnou vazbu G(q)alfa/G(11)alfa proteinů k membráně (cs) In this study, we have used 2D electrophoresis for more defined resolution of Galpha subunits of G(q)alpha/G(11)alpha family from particulate membrane fraction and soluble (cytosol) cell fraction isolated as 250,000 x g supernatant and followed the time course of solubilization effect. Prolonged agonist stimulation results in specific transfer of activated Galpha subunits of G(q)alpha/G(11)alpha family from membrane fraction to cytosol.
