Description	Práce je zaměřena na studium degradačních produktů syntetického barviva Reactive Orange 16 získaných degradací barviva houbou Irpex lacteus. Pomocí LC-MS analýzy byly identifikovány tři degradační produkty. O přes významné hladiny lakasové aktivity detekované v kulturách nebyla pozorována žádná zpětná polymerizace degradačních produktů. Byla navržena možná metabolická dráha pro degradaci barviva (cs) The study focuses on the Reactive Orange 16 degradation products obtained by fungal treatment of the dye.Three compounds were identified using LC-MS analysis.Despite laccase activities detected in fungal cultures, no polymerization of degradation products was observed.
