Description	Studovali jsme vliv monokolonizace bezmikrobních selat nepatogenními a patogenními bakteriemi E. coli na vývoj trávicích enzymů kartáčového lemu enterocytů v duodenu, jejunu a ileu. Použili jsme biochemické a histochemické metody. Zjistili jsme, že kolonizace patogenními bakteriemi kmene E. coli 933D stimuluje změny v hlavních diferenciačních enzymech – laktase, sacharase a glukoamylase – podobné těm způsobených monoasociací nepatogenními probiotickými kmeny E. coli (cs) The effects of monoassociation of germ-free piglets with benign or pathogenic E. coli strains on the development of enterocyte brush-border digestive enzymes in the duodenum, jejunum and ileum was studied. Biochemical and histochemical methods were used.
