Description
| - Přítomnost aerobních anoxygenních fototrofních bakterií byla měřena v Baltském moři pomocí nově zkonstruovaného dvojkanálového fluorometru v srpnu 2004. Obsah bakteriochlorofylu se pohyboval mezi 8 až 50 ng L-1. Navíc byl pozorován výrazný pokles množství bakteriochlorofylu v průběhu dne. To je pravděpodobně způsobeno inhibicí de novo syntézy světlem spolu s probíhající mortalitou buněk. Proto je možné tento pokles matematicky analyzovat a použít k výpočtu rychlosti obratu fototrofních bakterií. Výsledky indikují, že studovaná mikrobiální populace rostla rychlostí 0,7 – 2 den-1 (cs)
- The presence of aerobic anoxygenic phototrophic bacteria was assessed in the Baltic Sea using a newly constructed two-channel fluorometer in August 2004. The content of bacteriochlorophyll fluctuated between 8 and 50 ng L-1. with a strong decrease during the day. This decrease was most probably caused by the ligh/induced inhibition of de novo synthesis of bacteriochlorophyll. The result of the mathematical analysis of this decrease indicate that the microbial population grew with the rate 0,7 – 2 day-1
