Description	A 16S rRNA-based taxonomic microarray targeting key actinomycetes at the genus level was developed. The microarray includes 113 actinomycete 16S rRNA probes, corresponding to 55 of the 202 described genera. It was validated by hybridizing 17 non-actinomycete and 29 actinomycete strains/clones with the probe set and used to describe actinomycete communities from forest soil samples. Byl ověřen hybridizací 29 kmenů aktinomycet a 17 kmenů ostatních bakterií a použit pro popis společenstev aktinomycet ve vzorcích lesní půdy. (cs)
