Description
| - Aim of the project is to integrate the young researchers of the region (create %22Centrum of Excellence%22), which will be able to educate young scientific generation, to form the research projects of the top and world quality, and to define their progress.It is also aim of this project to built up a network of highly integrated laboratories of molecular biology and medicine which assure the quick transfer of the molecular biology methods in between. Research aims of the centrum are directed to %22Molecular basis of signalling and regulatory mechanisms of normal and malignant cells%22 and more specifically to the folowing aims: (1)molecular and regulatory mechanism of apoptosis; (2)regulation of activity of cyclin- dependent kinases; (3)function of p53 gene and its regulatory proteins;(4)signalling and regulatory role of polyamines, their metabolism and biochemistry; (5)photodynamic therapy of of cancers by active forms of oxygen; and (6)cell (en)
- Cílem projektu je integrace mozkového potenciálu mladých vědeckých pracovníků regionu (vytvořit %22Centrum of Excellence%22) na problematice %22molekulární podstaty signálních a regulačních mechanizmů normální a nádorové buňky%22. Zakládající tým bude školícím avýchovným kolektivem pro řádné a postgraduální studenty vysokých škol pro tento zásadní směr současné biologie.
