Description
| - The study of basic biological (toxic) effects of tabun with the help of experiments using small laboratory animals and involving biochemical, pharmacological and behavioral methods to observe tabun-induced changes in basic physiological function (respiration, circulaton), activity of basic biochemical marker of nerve agents exposure (acetylcholinesterase activity) in the blood and organs and to follow the signs of neurotoxicity of tabun including tabun-induced changes in cognitive functions. Histochemical and imunocytochemical analyses of tissue samples. The evalluation of the efficacy of prophylactic and therapeutic antidotes and their combinations against acute toxic effects of tabun with the help of above mentioned methods to find the most efficacious combination of antidotes for pretreatment and treatment of acute tabun poisonings. - Studium základních biologických (toxikologických) účinků tabunu pomocí experimentu na malém laboratorním zvířeti pomocí biochemických, farmakologických a neurobehaviorálních metod se zaměřením na sledování změn základních fyziologických funkcí (dýchání,krevní oběh), změn aktivity základního biochemického ukazatele otravy NPL aktivity acetylcholinesterázy v krvi a orgánech, na sledování neurotoxicity tabunu včertně vlivu na kognitivní funkce. Histochemická a imunocytochemická analýza vzorků tkání. Vyhodnocení účinku různých profylakticky či terapeuticky podaných antidot a jejich kombinací proti akutním toxickým účinkům tabunu pomocí výše uvedených metod za účelem nalezení co nejúčinnější kombinace antidot k profylaxi a terapii otrav tabunem.
