Projekt je zaměřen na podrobnou molekulární diagnostiku chromozomových změn představujících zisky a ztráty chromozomu 1 jako nejsilnějšího nezávislého prognostického faktoru s využitím mikročipové technologie arrayCGH u pacientů s MM. 3. Projekt je zaměřen na analýzu genové exprese (GEP) se zaměřením na geny kaskády NF-kappaB a geny na chromozómu 1 v nádorových buňkách pacientů s MM.
