Description	We will perform MRI volumetry of the brain in offspring of parents with bipolar disorder, both unaffected and affected by mood disorders and matched healthy controls, in order to detect primary neuroanatomical risk factors for bipolar disorder. (en) Provedeme MRI volumetrii mozku u potomků rodičů s bipolární poruchou a to jak psychiatricky zdravých, tak postižených poruchou nálady, a u párovaných zdravých kontrol, s cílem detekovat primární neuroanatomické rizikové faktory pro bipolární poruchu.
