This project is focused on a causality research of transport liability towards input of iodine from soil environment into plant tissue. In the four interrelated and consequential parts is investigated a problem of soil initial loading by iodine total concentration with the framework of two marginal (Less Favoured)areas. Both microregions are characterized by their typical soil representative - cambisol. The starting point in those microregions-an emission situation is also characterized by bryomonitoring method - evaluating of iodine and other microelements content in the moss and lichens samples. Also iodine content in dominant plant species (forage crops) of permanent grasslands is assessed. In this consequence, question of an influence of grassland's pratotechnic and agrotechnic management on iodine biomobility and his transport into plant tissue (forage) is investigated. The conditions of iodine interaction with crucial soil parameters is investigated in detail. The last part of project investigate (en)
