  • Homogenizovaný model difůze tekutin v deformující se tkáni je implementován numericky. Navrhovaný postup umožňuje studovat jak rozložení mikrostruktury ovlivňuje vlastnosti tkáně na makroskopické úrovni. Navíc, rigorózní vztah mezi mechanickými procesy na mikrostruktuře a výslednou formou homogenizovaných koeficientů pomáhá hlubšímu pochopení podstaty konstitutivních vztahů (pozadí zavedení Biotových a Barenblattových koeficientů, nebo zřejmé odvození anizotropních permeabilit). Takové modelování umožňuje odhalit některé jevy spojené s mechanismy poškození ve tkáni ledvin vyvolanými náhlým rázovým zatížením (nehody, nebo léčba pomocí litotrypse). (cs)
  • The homogenized model of fluid diffusion in deforming tissue is implemented numerically. The suggested approach allows for studying how the microstructural arrangement influences the tissue properties at the macroscopic scale. Moreover, the rigorous relationship between mechanical processes at the microstructure and the resulting form of the homogenized coefficients enables to understand more deeply the nature of the constitutive laws (background for introducing the Biot and Barenblatt coefficients, or clear derivation of anisotropic permeabilities). The model is adapted to modelling impact load. Such modelling should allow for revealing some phenomena associated to damage mechanisms in kidney tissue induced by shock wave loading (accidents or medical treatment by lithotripsy).
