| - The aim of the project is to develop experimentally supported computer methods, algorithms and software tools for analysis, eventually synthesis, of behaviour of tissues and organs of the upper part of the urinary tract with focus on anatomical and functional changes which can lead to serious defects of organs of the upper part of the urinary tract. Necessary solution assumption is to detect more exact constitutive relations of these tissues and organs (smooth muscles, connective tissues, epithelia) from macroview and microview based on the knowledge of their microstructure. Mathematical modelling of the chosen organs of the upper part of the urinary tract, their mutual interaction and their connections to the lower part of the urinary tract. - Cílem projektu je vyvinout experimentem podpořené a počítačově orientované metody, algoritmy a programové prostředky pro analýzu, popř. syntézu, vlastností tkání a orgánů horních cest močových se zaměřením na anatomické a funkční změny, které mohou vést k vážným poruchám funkce horních močových cest. Nezbytným předpokladem řešení je určení přesnějších konstitutivních vztahů těchto tkání a orgánů (hladké svalstvo, pojiva, epitely) z makro i mikropohledu na základě znalosti jejich mikrostruktury. Matematické modelování vybraných orgánů horních cest močových, jejich vzájemné interakce a jejich vazby na dolní část močového traktu.
