Description	Cílem záměru je optimální využití možností analytické chemie v různých oblastech vědy a techniky. Budou rozvíjeny teoretické principy, instrumentace a aplikace progresivních separačních a spektroskopických metod analytické chemie. Separační větev výzkumu bude zahrnovat metody, které jako hnací síly separace využívají elektrického pole, sorpce, toku tekutiny, silového pole nebo chemické reakce a jejich vzájemných kombinací. Spektroskopická větev bude zahrnovat hmotnostní spektrometrii, atomovou spektroskopii a optické detekční techniky užívané v separačních metodách. Výsledkem budou teoretické výstupy, které povedou k novým základním znalostem použitelným i v jiných disciplínách, zejména v biochemii a fyzikální chemii, a dále aplikační výstupy, které se budou dotýkat širokého spektra oborů, zejména klinické medicíny, ochrany životního prostředí, výroby potravin a přípravy vysoce čistých materiálů.Bude kladen důraz na hmotnostní spektrometrii biologických sloučenin. An overall goal of this intention has been to optimize the benefits of analytical chemistry for other branches of science and technology. Theoretical principles, instrumentation, and applications will be developed of progressive separation and spectroscopic methods of analytical chemistry. The separation branch of research will include methods employing electric field, sorption, fluid flow, force field, chemical reaction, or mutual combinations of these as driving forces for separation. The spectroscopic branch will involve mass spectrometry, atomic spectroscopy, and optical detection techniques employed in the separation methods. The results will comprise novel fundamental knowledge to be used also in biochemistry and physical chemistry, and applications concerning a broad range of fields such as clinical medicine, environmental protection, foodstuff production, and preparation of high-purity materials. Mass spectrometry of the biological compounds will be stressed. (en)
