Description	Gravitational instability of expanding shells will be described as mechanism triggering star formation in galaxies; spectroscopic and photometric data on Be stars will be analyzed using FOTEL and TLUSTY computer codes; HEROS spectrograph, operating with 2m telescope in Ondřejov, will be replaced with Ondřejov Echelle Spectrograph (OES); Multichanel Flare Spectrograph for star observations will be replaced with two horizontal telescopes equipped with spectrographs (HSFA 1, 2); the satellite MIMOSA will be operated from the Ondřejov observatory and the data from its Microaccelerometer will be collected; the data from INTEGRAL satellite will be analyzed in combination with complementary ground-based observations; the European Fireball Network on the theritory of the Czech Republic will be equipped with new authomatic cameras; the astrometric data from 33 observatories will be combined with results of the space mission HIPPARCOS and a new more precise astrometric catalogue will be created. (en) Budeme se zabývat gravitační nestabilitou expandujících obálek indukující tvorbu hvězd v galaxiích; pomocí výpočetních programů FOTEL a TLUSTÝ budeme analyzovat spektroskopická a fotometrická pozorování Be hvězd; spektrograf HEROS, který je používán při pozorování s 2m dalekohledem v Ondřejově, bude nahrazen nově zbudovaným Ondřejovským Ešeletovým Spektrografem - OES; mnohokamerový spektrograf pro pozorování erupcí na Slunci bude nahrazen dvěma horizontálními dalekohledy se spektrografy HSFA 1, 2; budeme řídit provoz družice MIMOZA a shromažďovat vědecká data z jejího mikroakcelerometru; budeme zkoumat data z družice INTEGRAL, která budeme kombinovat pozorováním pozemských dalekohledů; část Evropské bolidové sítě, která se nachází na území ČR, bude vybavena novými automatizovanými kamerami; astrometrické údaje z 33 observatoří budou kombinovány s výsledky měření družice HIPPARCOS, což umožní vytvoření nového a přesnějšího astrometrického katalogu.
