Description	This paper presents an analysis of a slotline excited by a current source connected across the slot. The method of moments applied in the spectral domain is used. As a result, the voltage of a wave composed of bound and leaky modes as well as residual waves is calculated along the slot. Interesting behavior of the voltage wave in the neighborhood of the source is shown. Both numerical and measured results are given.
