  • The paper deals with computer simulation of selected proc-esses in molten metals controlled by electromagnetic field. Particular attention is paid to the free boundary of melt whose shape follows from the balance of forces acting on its surface. The paper presents the corresponding mathematical and computer models supplemented with typical illustrative examples.
