  • Elánek se zabývá 2D indukením tavením v osovi symetric-kém kelímku. Hlavní pozornost je vinována tvaru volné hladiny (menisku), je3 zpitni ovlivouje v1echna fyzikální pole zúeastoující se procesu. Jeho matematický model byl diskretizován v prostoedí MatLab a oe1en iteraeni za pou3ití metody koneených prvku. Metodika je ilustrována na niko-lika typických poíkladech. (cs)
  • The paper deals with 2D induction melting in an axisym-metric crucible and the principal attention is paid to the free level (in the shape of meniscus) that retroactively affects all physical fields taking part in the process. Its continuous mathematical model is discretized in the environment of MatLab and solved iteratively using the finite element method. The methodology is illustrated on several typical examples whose results are discussed.
