Description
  • The paper deals wits forces acting between two electrodes of a capacitor with one elastic electrode that may serve as a part of a microrobot. While distribution of charges on both electrodes (supplied from the source of pulse voltage) is solved by the integral approach (Fredholm equation of the first kind), the total force acting on the elastic electrode is determined from integral expression. The theoretical analysis is illustrated on an example whose results are discussed.

  • Příspěvek se zabývá silou působící mezi dvěma elektrodami kondenzátoru s jednou elastickou elektrodou, jenž může sloužit jako část mikrorobota. Zatímco rozložení náboje na obou elektrodách napájených pulsním napětím se řeší integrálním přístupem (Fredholmova rovnice 1. druhu), celková síla působící na elastickou elektrodu se určí integrálním výrazem. Teoretická analýza je ilustrována na příkladu doplněném diskusí výsledků. (cs)
