  • This article is about generation of human's long bone model and it's strain analysis. Considering revatively simple geometry of this bone type is suitable for using indirect reconstruction method. Indirect reconstruction method consist in retrieval of master curves and surface area. For this method is developed software modul which is created in The Visualization Toolkit (VTK) by Kitware. VTK is an open source software system for 3D computer graphics, image processing, and visualization. There is a sequence of black and white area slices as a source which came by Computer Thomography (CT) slices segmentation method. This type of geometric model of bone tissue is an input for strain analysis in ANSYS. ANSYS is software for Finite Element Analysis (FEA)

  • Článek pojednává o procesu automatické konečněprvkových modelů tvorby modelů dlouhých kostí. Vzhledem k relativně jednoduché geometrii tohoto typu kostí je vhodné využít metody nepřímé rekonstrukce. Prvním krokem rekonstrukce je segmentace hledané tkáně. Dalším krokem je nalezení okraje tkáně a definování lomených čar tvořících kontury ve všech snímcích. Nalezením kontur v celé sekvenci snímků vznikne prostorový vrstevnicový model. Vrstevnicový model je pokryt povrchovou plochou. Takto vytvořený model je vhodný pro analýzu MKP například ve výpočtovém programu ANSYS (cs)
