  • Světlem indukovaná precese feromagneticky vázaných Mn spinů v GaMnAs byla studována v nulovém vnějším magentickém poli pomocí časově rozlišeného magneto-optického Kerrova jevu. Je ukázáno, že měřený signál se skládá z několika různých složek, z nichž pouze oscilující složka je přímo spojena s feromagnetickým uspořádáním materiálu. (cs)
  • Photo-induced precession of the ferromagnetically coupled Mn spins in (Ga,Mn)As has been studied at zero external magnetic field using the time- resolved magneto-optical Kerr effect (TR-MOKE) technique. We show that the measured data typically consist of several different contributions, among which only the oscillatory signal is directly connected with the ferromagnetic order in the sample.
