| - Within the proposed international collaboration the research will focus on the following objectives: 1. Influence of spin-orbit coupling and spin relaxation on the charge transport in semiconductor quantum wires, quantum dots and rings. 2. Methods forg-factor engineering and control in quantum dot devices. 3. Tunnelling phenomena in quntum dots and ferromagnetic semiconductors that originate from spin-orbit coupling. 4. Interplay between spin-orbit coupling, disorder and electron-electron interactions in the context of the anomalous and spin Halí effects. 5. Spin current detection via charge current fluctuations and Kondo effect. (en)
- V rámci navrhované mezinárodní spolupráce bude výzkum soustředěn na následující oblasti: 1. Vliv spin-orbitální interakce na transport v kvantových drátech, tečkách a kroužcích. 2. Polem řízený Landé g-faktor v kvantových tečkách. 3. Tunelovací jevy vkvantových tečkách a feromagnetických polovodičích ovlivněné silnou spinorbitální interakcí. 4. Vliv spin-orbitální interakce, nečistot a elektron-elektronových interakcí na anomální a spinový Hallův jev. 5. Detekce spinových proudů na základě zkoumání fluktuací proudu nábojů a Kondova jevu.
