  • Nanokompozitní vrstvy (diamantové nanočástice v matrici amorfního uhlíku) byly připraveny chemickou deposicí z plynné fáze v mikrovlnném plazmatu.(Podložky: Si, Si/TiN, Si/PCD (polykrystalický diamant), Si/c-BN a slitina Ti-6A1-4V.) Hustota nuklease závisí kriticky na chemické povaze podložky, její hladkosti a předběžné úpravě, zatímco samotný růst není materiálem podložky ovlivněn. Krystalinita (rtg difrakce) a povaha vazeb (Ramanova spektra) se pro různé podložky výrazně neliší. Mechanické a tribologické vlastnosti jsou materiálem podložky (cs)
