  • We determined the electric field dependence of the complex permitivity of SrTiO3 thin film on a sapphire substrate up to about 2 THz employing time-domain terahertz spectroscopy. We have demonstrated up to 10% variation of the film permitivity at 300 GHz at room temperature induced by an applied electric field of 100 kV/cm. The field-induced changes are attributed to soft mode hardening

  • Určili jsme závislost komplexní permitivity epitaxní tenké vrystvy SrTiO3 na přiloženém elektrickém poli pomocí terahertzové spektroskopie v časové oblasti. Změřili jsme 10% změnu dielektrické konstanty vrstvy při pokojové teplotě u 300 GHz a při přiloženém poli 100 kV/cm. Mezi 1 MHz a 500 GHu nebyla pozorována žádná disperze. Tyto jevy byly přisouzeny tvrdnutí měkkého módu (cs)
