  • Kombinované experimentální a teoretické studium ukazuje, že přítomnost kyslíkových nečistot ovlivňuje všechny aspekty počátečních stadií Al(111) homoepitaxe. Možná scenária pro růst jsou vyšetřována pomocí kinetických Monte Carlo simulací. Oscilující interakce je navržena pro výklad pozorovaného chování. (cs)
  • A combined experimental and theoretical study shows that the presence of oxygen adsorbates influence all aspects of the early stages of homoepitaxial growth on Al(111). Possible scenarios for modified growth are investigated using kinetic Monte Carlo simulations. An oscillatory interaction is proposed to explain the behavior of the system.
