Description	Dynamika mřižky a polární vlastnosti keramik SrTiO3 legovaných lanthanem byly studovány v oboru teplot 10-300 K. Přes podobnosti nízkofrekvenčních Ramanových spekter nebyl v lanthanem legovaných materiálech (x=0.0533, 0.080 a 0.133) detekován měkký mód TO1, sož potvrzuje neexistenci feroelektrické fáze při nízkých replotách. Při vysokých teplotách bylo zjištěno polovodivé chování (cs) Lattice dynamics and polar properties in lanthanum doped SrTiO3(STO) ceramics, with general formulae Sr(1-1.5x)LaxTiO3 were studied in the temperature range between 10 K and eoom temperature.
