| - Tenké vrstvy YAG a YAP dopované Er byly připraveny laserovou depozicí s použitím sub-pikosekundového (450 fs) KrF laseru z krystalických Er:YAG a Er:YAP terčů. Byl studován vliv hustoty výkonu, teploty podložky, vzdálenosti terč-podložka a atmosféry v depoziční komoře na morfologii, složení, strukturu a luminiscenční vlastnosti (cs)
