  • The major objective of the course is to introduce powerful tools of basic and advanced fluorescence microscopy to potential users: PhD students and Postdocs with research interests in cell and developmental biology. Of particular focus of the course are high-throughput imaging methods and techniques enabling analysis of molecular interactions and dynamics - FRAP, FRET and TIRF. The course takes place at the Institute of Molecular Genetics on 25-27th November 2010 and is restricted to 16 participants.
