  • Byla hodnocena regenerace osteochondrálních defektů pomocí nové kompozitní matrice složené z hyaluronanu sodného, kolagenu typu I a fibrinu a osazené autologními chondrocyty. Šest měsíců po implantaci se v defektech vytvořila hyalinní a fibrózní chrupavka, což dokazuje potenciální využití scaffoldu v terapii chrupavkových defektů. (cs)
