  • Pro potřeby makromechanické charakterizace chrupavkové tkáně byla vyvinuta metoda dynamického testování. Její využití při určování množství disipované energie, identifikaci počátečních příznaků mechanického poškození ale také při rozlišování intaktní a patologicky změněné chrupavky na mechanické bázi významně přispěje k charakterizaci nativní a artificiální chrupavkové tkáně.   • Novel method for characterization of the macromechanical cartilage properties based on dynamic testing has been introduced. The method seems to be useful for dissipation energy evaluation, initial mechanical deterioration symptoms identification as well as for pathologically changed cartilage distinction on mechanical basis, and substantially improves native and artificial cartilage tissue characterization.
