  • Článek popisuje čtyři nové druhy rodu Pterodectes a tři nové monotypické rody péřových roztočů podčeledi Pterodectinae (Astigmata: Proctophyllodidae) z několika druhů pěvců vyšetřených ve státě Mato Grosso do Sul (Brazílie). Jde o následující taxony: Pterodectes paroariae sp. n. z Paroaria capitata, P. tangarae sp. n. z Tangara cayana, P. molothrus sp. n. z Molothrus bonariensis, P. pitangi sp. n. z Pitangus sulphuratus, Tyrannidectes berlai gen. n., sp. n. z. Myiarchus tyrannulus (typový hostitel) a M. ferox, Metapterodectes furnarius gen. n., sp. n. z Furnarius rufus a Nanodectes formicivorae gen. n., sp. n. z Formicivora rufa. Uveden je také stručný komentář k taxonomickému uspořádání podčeledi Pterodectinae and druhový obsah rodu Pterodectes. Dva nově popsané rody, Tyrannidectes gen. n. a Metapterodectes gen. n., jsou příbuzné rodu Pterodectes, rod Nanodectes gen. n. je příbuzný rodu Proterothrix. (cs)
  • Four new species of the genus Pterodectes and three new monotypic genera of the feather mite subfamily Pterodectinae (Astigmata: Proctophyllodidae) are described from various passerines examined in Mato Grosso do Sul (Brazil).
