  • Tato práce zkoumá možnosti metody SLEEM pro přímé mapování lokální hustoty elektronových stavů. Hlavními problémy jsou nezanedbatelná úhlová apertura dopadajícího elektronového svazku a změna úhlu dopadu při rastrování po povrchu vzorku. Tyto podmínky vyžadují, aby byl model tvorby obrazového kontrastu přehodnocen. (cs)

The main issues include managing of the non-negligible angular aperture of the incident beam and even of the rocking connected with beam scanning over the field of view.
