Description	Changes in gene expression, associated with nuclear rearrangement, appear during cell differentiation, which is accompanied by activation and inactivation of specific genes responsible for induction of terminally differentiated stages. Here we review the important connections between the nuclear topography of the cell and genome function, and in addition, structural aspects of cell differentiation are discussed at the level of the cell nucleus. (en) Změny v genové expresi, spojené s jaderným přeuspořádáním, se velmi často objevují během buněčné diferenciace, která je charakteristická aktivací a inaktivací specifických genů zodpovědných za indukci terminálně diferencovaných stavů. V tomto článku podáváme přehled o vztahu mezi jadernou topografií a funkcemi v genomu, navíc, strukturálními aspekty buněčné diferenciace jsou diskutovány na úrovni buněčného jádra. (cs)
