  • V práci je popsán vliv nízkofrekvenčních magnetických polí na viabilitu bakterií E.coli K12 Row. Magnetické pole bylo generované válcovou cívkou (B?10 mT, doba expozice t=6min, f=50Hz). Určovali jsme prahovou hodnotu magnetického pole, způsobujícího statisticky významný pokles viability, závislost viability bakterií na frekvenci použitého pole (5-20 000Hz) a studovali jsme biologické působení magnetických polí v kombinaci s ultrafialovým zářením.   • The effect of low-frequency magnetic fields on viability of the bacteria Escherichia colii K12 Row is studied. Magnetic field was generated by the cylindrical soil (B?10 mT, duration of exposure t=6min, f=50Hz). We tried to estimate the threshold value of the magnetic induction causing statistically significant biological effect. The dependence of the number of colony forming units on the frequency of the field showed the decrease of viability for all used frequencies (5-20 000Hz). We explored biological effects of the combination of magnetic fields and UV irradiation.
