  • Systematické umístění několika rodů v rámci nadčeledi Cobitoidea bylo až doposud neujasněné, navíc se rozcházely i názory na systematické uspořádání i vymezení této nesmírně diversifikované skupiny. V této práci byl analyzován jaderný gen RAG 1 za účelem odhalit fylogenetické vztahy uvnitř Cobitoidea a ujasnit taxonomickou příslušnost rodů Barbucca, Psilorhynchus, Serpenticobitis a Vaillantella. Výsledky fylogenetických analýz odhalily v rámci Cobitoidea šest monofyletických linií, které nadále navrhujeme považovat za samostatné čeledi: Catostomidae, Gyrinocheilidae, Vaillantellidae, Cobitidae, Nemacheilidae a Balitoridae. Rody Barbucca a Serpenticobitis náležejí do čeledi Balitoridae, Vaillantella představuje samostatnou linii a rod Psilorhynchus náleži do čeledi Cyprinidae, sesterské skupiny Cobitoidea. (cs)
  • Until now, the systematic position of several genera within Cobitoidea was unclear; moreover, there were considerably different hypotheses about internal systematic arrangement as well as outline of this widespread group. It the present study we have analyses nuclear gene RAG 1 with the aim to reveal phylogenetic relationships within Cobitoidea and to clarify taxonomic address of the genera Barbucca, Psilorhynchus, Serpenticobitis and Vaillantella. The results of our phylogenetic analyses revealed six monophyletic lineages, henceforward proposed as independent families: Catostomidae, Gyrinocheilidae, Vaillantellidae, Cobitidae, Nemacheilidae a Balitoridae. The genera Barbucca and Serpenticobitis belong to Balitoridae, Vaillantella represents an independent lineage and the genus Psilorhynchus belongs to the family Cyprinidae, a sister group of Cobitoidea.
