  • Byla studována vodivost za pokojové teploty a seebeckův koeficient tenkých vrstev Bi2Te3 připravených metodou PLD. Power factor byl vypočítán pro vzorky připravené při teplotě podložky 360oC pro hustotu laserového svazku 5 J cm-2 a pro teplotu 410oC a J cm-2. Při pokojové teplotě byla pozorována oscilace vodivosti a power faktor v závislosti na tlouštce vrstvy (cs)

The power factor was calculated for samples prepared at substrate temperature of 360oC with density of the laser beam 5 J cm-2 and at substrate temperature of 410oC with the density of the laser beam 2 J cm-2 during the deposition. Oscillation of the conductivity and the power factor with thee layer thickness were observed at room temperature.
