  • The initial period of this transient does not depend on the flow conditions. It gives the estimate of the complex nFcAD^0.5 that can be used for determination of the wall shear rate under no-slip flow conditions or the wall slip velocity under ideal slip conditions In the present study, the available theoretical results are applied for the circular ED probes acting at low Péclet numbers under AWS effect, represented by power-law velocity profile within the diffusion layer.
