Description
| - Posuzovali jsme úlohu relativního nedostatku NO (v poměru k existující sympatické vazokonstrikci) u různých forem experimentální hypertenze (genetické, sůl-dependentní a NO-deficientní). Zvláštní pozornost jsme věnovali interakcím reaktivních kyslíkových radikálů s metabolismem NO, metabolismem Ca2+ a regulací krevního tlaku. Naše současná pozornost je zaměřena na abnormální regulaci hladin cytosolického Ca2+ v hladkém svalu a endotelu cév u zvířat s hypertenzí (cs)
- The role of relative NO deficiency (compared to existing sympathetic vasoconstriction) was considered in various genetic, salt-dependent and NO-deficient forms of experimental hypertension. A special attention was paid to the interactions of reactive oxygen species with NO metabolism, cell Ca2+ handling and blood pressure regulation. Our current investigations are focused to abnormal regulation of cytosolic Ca2+ levels in smooth muscle and endothelium of hypertensive animals
